ABOUT ME
I am a Creative Design Leader specializing in full collection women’s apparel design, with deep expertise across knits, wovens, sweaters, outerwear, denim, cut & sew knits, tops, bottoms, performance, and lifestyle apparel. My work integrates trend research, color theory, concept development, silhouette strategy, and cross-category cohesion, creating collections that feel both elevated and commercially grounded.
With 20+ years across bridge brands, contemporary labels, mass market retailers, private label divisions, and outdoor/sportswear companies, I bring a modern, refined aesthetic that balances creativity with wearability. I build cohesive seasonal direction through color architecture, concepting, palette refinement, and fabric + proportion strategy.
As a leader, I am known for empathy, clarity, and a coaching-driven approach. I mentor designers through creative decision-making, strengthen design systems for consistency, and create a collaborative culture where people feel both supported and challenged.
